Raja is currently the Director of Strategy, Research & Analytics in Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC), an agency tasked by the Government to develop and lead the country’s digital economy.
He has led the development of various national macro-strategies and roadmaps for the country’s digital economy and sits in several national level platforms, committees and task forces to help the country to shape strategies and policies to deliver impactful outcomes.
Raja was awarded the Adjunct Professor role by UNITAR International University in Digital Strategies to support the university’s goal to bring in industry perspectives.
The Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) has appointed him as its panel for the Board of Studies to help the university to review and advise on the curriculum to be industry and future-ready.
He is also an Associate Fellow with the Malaysian Institute of Management (AFMIM).
At the international front, Raja is the Chair for the Digital Economy & Financial Inclusion Sub-Committee under the IEEE’s Digital Resilience Industry Connection Program.
Prior to joining MDEC, Raja was a Director with Ernst & Young Advisory in the Kuala Lumpur office as one of the leaders in the Transformation domain. He has led the set-up and management of several medium to large transformation offices for various clients in the public and private sectors.

Parvez is currently serving as a Digital Transformation & Innovation Leader at Cogent IBS, USA. As an author of the Enterprise Data Management book focusing on Data Management best practices and driving data on every decision, leaders need not merely to “tear down silos,” but to strategically work with data where it resides.
Parvez has spent the past two decades in the Data space, where he served as a Data Leader and experienced working with C-level executives, established and implemented the enterprise data management, data governance & data analytics competencies. He successfully led many enterprise data management, data governance & data analytics strategies, from the ground up and ensured the data strategy is implemented correctly, the data is correct and secure, and the customer’s privacy is governed.
As part of executive leadership, he has advised and stood up the Data Center of Excellence competencies for three fortune 100 firms and led efforts to improve how clients interact with their customers, optimize their data processes to gain valuable data insight & improve customer experience.

HOOY CHEE WOOI, Ph.D. is a Professor at the School of Management USM. He was born in Georgetown, Penang. He joined the university after completing his PhD in international finance at the University of Malaya. He is actively involved in research where he has published 4 books and more than 60 articles in refereed journals, and has won several awards and medals for his research. He has also serves as reviewer for more than 20 refereed journals since 2006, where 8 are from ISI journals including Applied Economics, Economic Modelling, Emerging Market Finance and Trade, Emerging Market Review, and Review of International Economics. Since 2009, he has served as the co-editor for Asian Academy of Management Journal of Accounting and Finance (AAMJAF), a Scopus cited journal. He was a visiting scholar at Columbia Business School of Columbia University from Sep2005 to May2006; at Faculty of Business and Economics of Monash University in May 2010; and at Economics Department of Chinese University of Hong Kong in Aug/Sep 2011.

Shahida Sulleh is a Senior Petroleum Engineer with 12 years’ experience conducting various reservoir engineering related tasks which include reservoir studies and development, reserves & resources calculation and classification, asset evaluation & acquisition studies.
She currently working on PETRONAS Sabah Deepwater Projects.
In 2021, she was ranked as one of a Top Performer in PETRONAS Carigali Sdn Bhd
Shahida was one of active moderator of Reach Out Program by PETRONAS Leading Women Network
She successfully led a Data Acquisition Program for exploration well specializing on hydrocarbon fluid & rock sampling
Shahida has frequently being invited as a Guest Speaker at Secondary Schools (PETROSAINS School program) and Universities such as UMS and UTM – for Motivational and STEM Career Talks
